Available Positions:
Hot Tub Technician
The Hot Tub Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing hot tubs and related equipment for residential and commercial clients throughout the Hamptons. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to providing exceptional service that reflects the Hamptons Happiness brand.
- Perform hot tub maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
- Handle water testing, chemical balancing, and filter cleaning.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and control system issues.
- Assist with hot tub deliveries, installations, and seasonal setups/closings.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members to ensure service excellence.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in pool, spa, or plumbing/electrical service preferred (will train the right candidate).
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Monday–Friday, 7:30–4, with occasional weekend availability during peak season.

Service Department Specialist
The role of the Service Department Specialist is to successfully juggle the incoming daily flow of information, from staff and clients alike, and move that information to its proper location.
- Load the daily service schedule into Evosus for all service department work orders.
- Print out each service technicians Evosus workorder for next day’s assignments.
- Track real time progress of each service technicians’ daily workorder assignments, monitor slowdowns, and communicate with technicians for incompletes, re-schedules, and repair related issues.
- ADD all repair related issues to the worklist and in Evosus. The Operations manager will review for that department to follow up.
- Monitor pool/ spa opening progress- alter daily schedule according to field reports. Activate service contract upon completion of opening process. De-activate maintenance contract after completion of pool/ spa closings.
- Work on client contact issues (no water/ no power/ reschedule/ etc.).
- Accurate forecast scheduling in coordination with operations team.
- Carry incomplete work orders and notes to following service day.
- Redirect or add a schedule for technicians to respond to any filed related issues.
Requirements:
- Ability to Multitask efficiently and effectively
- Work well with others
- Excel and Microsoft products
- Evosus and or LOU experience a bonus
- M-F 7:30-4

Showroom Salesperson
- Achieve monthly sales targets for pools, hot tubs, saunas, plunge pools.
- Input in our ATS all customers, create quotes, sales orders, and invoices.
- Product presentation, negotiate, and close sales.
- Report on Sku sales weekly to the internal team.
- Help design, build, and maintain website.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in a sales role for physical product both retail and direct to consumer
- Creative, team player and multitasker
- Work day Monday and Thurs-Sun 9-5 in the showroom in East Hampton
